If you use either of two URLs, your browser will open https:www.artinclinton.com. (The second URL is https://www.whitneywetherill.com.) The website is designed by me using standard Wix point-and-click tools - no special programming. It is my responsibility. Its purpose is to provide a platform for me and several friends to display our artwork. COLLECTION OF USER DATA All websites collect certain data from all users (for example, users.’ IP addresses) in order to function. This website is hosted by Wix. As the site designer and user of wix.com, I have agreed to abide by all of Wix’s requirements as outlined here: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy-dpa-users and anywhere else on their website, wix.com. This includes acknowledgement that I have read and agreed to all Wix business rules, caveats, or any other information not given as opinion. Users of this website also agree, by using this website, artinclinton.com or whitneywetherill.com, to all of these stipulations and requirements. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that the website I provide meets Wix’s rules set out for their users (i.e., me). I do this by using only Wix standard tools, adding nothing, on the assumption that their own protocols, which they claim are safe, meet Wix’s own requirements and applicable laws. In other words, I have not purchased any tools from non-Wix providers, even those that are available to Wix’s paid users, of which I am one. WHO ARE THE USERS OF ARTINCLINTON.COM This website uses the Wix login protocol that requires the user to seek entrance by answering a few questions. The questions are: “Do you agree to log into the website from within the United States?” and “Do you understand and agree to these data processing requirements as provided here by the site host, wix.com: “https://www.wix.com/about/privacy-dpa-users.”? Only users answering “Yes” to both questions will be able to login. EXCHANGE OF MONEY OR GOODS OR SERVICES IS OUTSIDE OUR SCOPE This website does not collect money or promote sales. Users who may wish to negotiate a purchase of artwork seen here or from an artist discovered through the use of the website must do so privately with the artist. If an artist displays their work on this website without providing contact information, users can assume the artwork is not for sale. THE WEBSITE OWNER DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY LIAISON BETWEEN ANY ARTIST AND ANY POTENTIAL ART BUYER. The website does not know about, track, or in any way pay any attention to transactions that might occur as a result of some user finding some artwork on the website. Signed
